			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Some useful tips that I should bear in mind to achieve the goal of reducing fats and building muscles:
<ol>
<li>Diet &#8211; Get 40% of calories from proteins, 30% from carbs (mostly in the first half of the day), and 30% from fats.</span></li>
<li>HIIT &#8211; High intensity interval training. Sounds good for me who doesn&#8217;t have much time after work to exercise. I shall do 15 minutes of HIIT everyday. </li>
<li>Do some <a href="http://www.naturalphysiques.com/cms/index.php?itemid=159" target="_blank" title="Stretching exercises">stretching</a>!</li>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This is the start of the new year, and here&#8217;s a new blog to herald change. I find New Year resolutions to be cheesy, but here I am making a resolution, albeit I didn&#8217;t coincide it with 2008 on purpose. I want to become fit.
<p>Here&#8217;s my Body Composition Analysis as of today.<span id="more-3"></span>Not very consolatory, I admit:
<ul>
<li>Intracellular Fluid: 18.4 kg</li>
<li>Extracellular Fluid: 9.0 kg</li>
<li>Protein Mass: 7.4 kg</li>
<li>Bone Mass: 2.58 kg</li>
<li>Fat Mass: 12.7 kg</li>
</ul>
<p>Total Muscle Mass =&gt; 34.8kg
<p>Total Lean Body Mass =&gt; 37.4kg
<p>Body weight =&gt; 50kg
<p>% body fat =&gt; 25.3%
<p>Fat distribution = 0.80
<p>My resolution is to reduce % body fat to 22% in 3 months (April 08), which is to reduce 1.7kg of fats, and gain the equivalent in muscles.  Wish me luck!!   </p>
