Guidelines to achieving my goal

Some useful tips that I should bear in mind to achieve the goal of reducing fats and building muscles:

  1. Diet – Get 40% of calories from proteins, 30% from carbs (mostly in the first half of the day), and 30% from fats.
  2. HIIT – High intensity interval training. Sounds good for me who doesn’t have much time after work to exercise. I shall do 15 minutes of HIIT everyday. 
  3. Do some stretching!

Grand opening

This is the start of the new year, and here’s a new blog to herald change. I find New Year resolutions to be cheesy, but here I am making a resolution, albeit I didn’t coincide it with 2008 on purpose. I want to become fit.
