Some useful tips that I should bear in mind to achieve the goal of reducing fats and building muscles:
- Diet – Get 40% of calories from proteins, 30% from carbs (mostly in the first half of the day), and 30% from fats.
- HIIT – High intensity interval training. Sounds good for me who doesn’t have much time after work to exercise. I shall do 15 minutes of HIIT everyday.
- Do some stretching!
